Preparing for the Final Project Meeting in Czechia: Virtual Reality, ESG, and Design for Sustainability

In March 2026, students and teachers from our three partner schools will gather for the final international project meeting — this time in Jihlava-Helenín, Czechia. Hosted by the Czech partner school, the meeting will focus on advanced topics at the intersection of art, design, and sustainability, including virtual reality, ESG strategies, service-dominant logic, and the sharing economy.

During this mobility, students will work with VR tools and 3D scanners to create original artistic designs in virtual space, which they will later export and bring into the physical world using recycled filament and 3D printing. There will be practical workshops, field trips and lectures.

Teachers will take part in parallel workshops aimed at sharing good practices and developing educational resources — including a joint publication on sustainability in art and design education. The meeting will also provide space to discuss upcoming curriculum changes inspired by the project.

Right now, students are preparing through online activities on the eTwinning platform. They are researching examples of businesses based on the principles of the sharing economy, analyzing ESG strategies, and exploring how companies approach sustainability. Their findings and presentations will be shared during the meeting in Czechia.

We are excited to come together one last time in this project to reflect, create, and take the next steps in integrating sustainability into our schools.
